a tough pathway...



Last day of degree....that time dnt know how many kg im....so fat @@

Dinner with friends when was in degree time...non stop eating
ok this was last year 116kg - 117kg



 this one last week after loss about 16kg...

still have to work hard to slim down more....20 more kg to go...hope i can make it
